1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • Product is unused and unwashed

  • Original tags & packaging are intact

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed sarees

  • Customized or blouse-stitched products

  • Discounted clearance items (if mentioned)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos

  • Replacement or full refund will be arranged

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection

  • Amount will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

5. Return Shipping

  • Free return for damaged/wrong products

  • Customer may bear shipping charges for other returns (if applicable)
